The Lahore High Court on Friday acknowledged an application for hearing in which the solicitor has requested the inception of injustice procedures against Tehreek-I-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) boss Khadim Hussain Rizvi and the head of the Jamiat Ulema-I-Islam-Fazl, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, over charges of issuing hostile to state articulations and affecting individuals to brutality.
Equity Ali Baqar Najafi, while tolerating the appeal, documented by Advocate Syed Mohammad in the interest of Shabeerullah, has set the case for hearing on November 12 (Monday).
In his application, the solicitor has contended that Rizvi and Rehman condemned the peak court's judgment in the Aisa Bibi case, issued against state and hostile to military articulations and affected individuals to savagery and should therefore be arraigned under the law.
