This Influencer Looks Like She Lost Weight After 2 Years of Training—but the Scale Stayed the Same

Reminder: The scale doesn't characterize you, and it can't disclose to you how much fat you've lost versus how much bulk you've fabricated. "I'm here to remind you, love, that YOU DON'T NEED to continually gauge less and less to demonstrate you're sound or fit," Basil composed.
